Our Sourdough Garlic Bread begins with a slow fermentation process that ensures a unique depth of flavour and wholesome taste. Using traditional sourdough techniques, we nurture the dough to perfection, resulting in a bread that is naturally airy, soft on the inside, and beautifully crusty on the outside.

Product information

Baking:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C (200°C if using a fan forced oven).
  2. Remove product from outer packaging (leaving foil intact).
  3. Place on a baking tray and cook for approx. 13 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil then serve. Enjoy!

Air Fryer:

  1. Remove product from outer packaging (leaving foil intact).
  2. Place in air fryer & bake on medium heat (or 180°C) for approx. 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Remove from air fryer and allow to cool for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil then serve. Enjoy!

BBQ:

  1. Pre-heat BBQ hotplate.
  2. Remove product from outer packaging (leaving oil intact).
  3. Place on the BBQ turning approx. every 2 minutes until all 4 sides are cooked through.
  4. Remove from BBQ and allow to cool for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil then serve. Enjoy!

Caution: Always use an oven glove to remove from oven and BBQ. Product must be fully cooked before consuming.
