Mini garlic bread cheeseburgers

Mini Garlic Bread Cheeseburgers are the ultimate crowd-pleasing twist on a classic favourite. Using Global Bakehouse Classic Garlic Bread as the base, these bite-sized delights combine the rich, garlicky flavour of freshly baked bread with juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and all your favourite burger toppings.

Perfect for parties, family dinners, or a fun twist on burger night, these mini cheeseburgers are as easy to make as they are delicious. Serve them warm and watch them disappear in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1x Global Bakehouse Garlic Sourdough
  • 2x Cheese slices
  • 8x Meatballs
  • 8x Pickle slices
  • Shredded cheese
  • Tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove the garlic sourdough from the foil, line a baking tray with the same foil, and arrange each slice of garlic sourdough flat on top of the foil.
  2. Take a cheese slice and fold it into quarters. Place each quarter slice of cheese on a garlic sourdough slice.
  3. Top each slice with a flattened meatball. Bake until cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each slice and bake again until the cheese is golden and melted.
  5. Squirt a dollop of tomato sauce on each slice and top with a pickle slice.
  6. Enjoy!
