Garlic Sourdough Croutons

This crouton recipe is delicious.

Ingredients:

  • Global Bakehouse Sourdough Garlic Bread
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the Global Bakehouse Sourdough Garlic Bread into small cubes to create croutons.
  3. Spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking tray.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.

These garlic sourdough croutons are perfect for adding a crunchy texture and rich flavour to salads, soups, or as a snack on their own.
