Garlic Sourdough Croutons

This crouton recipe is delicious.
Ingredients:
- Global Bakehouse Sourdough Garlic Bread
- Olive oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper (optional)
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Cut the Global Bakehouse Sourdough Garlic Bread into small cubes to create croutons.
- Spread the bread cubes evenly on a baking tray.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
These garlic sourdough croutons are perfect for adding a crunchy texture and rich flavour to salads, soups, or as a snack on their own.
